		<description>I think you see what you described in all forms of teaching.  I&#039;ve often found that the best way to learn something is to teach it yourself.  My advisor (whom I TA&#039;d for) in grad school not only encouraged the students to visit me in office hours (where I would often have to &quot;invent&quot; new ways to teach a concept, and in doing so would better understand it myself, or correct a misinterpretation of it) but he also let me teach class on the days he was away - which really forced me to understand what was going on and iron out all of my misiterpretations before class.  I have had more &quot;Eureka!&quot;s while teaching others than in classes I&#039;ve taken (which is sorta scary).  But this is good that they think you are ready to teach - that&#039;s a level of respect you should be proud of!
